Begin Family Coaching

Step 1

15-minute family connection call

A short Zoom conversation to talk about what has been happening and whether Quiet Spaces feels like the right fit for your family.

Where possible, it can be helpful for parents or caregivers to attend the first call without the child present, so there is space to speak openly, ask questions, and explore what support may be helpful.

If ongoing coaching may involve your child or teen, we may also arrange a second short connection call so everyone has a chance to meet and get a feel for the space before beginning.

Step 2

Intake family session

A longer session to slow things down and build a clearer understanding of your child, your family, and what has been feeling difficult.

Together, we explore strengths, challenges, routines, emotional patterns, family dynamics, and the kinds of support that may help things feel calmer and more manageable over time.

This session also gives space to talk through how coaching works, what support may look like moving forward, and what may best suit your child and family’s needs.

Ongoing family session

Sessions focus on what is feeling most important, difficult, or emotionally heavy for your child and family right now

Together, we build understanding, explore patterns, and find practical support that feels manageable and sustainable over time
